Paint Party Process

Booking your mobile paint party is simple from start to finish.

1. PICK YOUR PAINTING

Choose a design from my Paint Sesh gallery, or request a custom painting for your event (additional fee applies).

2. SECURE YOUR DATE

Pick your date and time to reserve your party. A minimum of 12 painters is required to book. Once your deposit is paid, your date is locked in.

3. Invite Your Guests

Gather your friends, family, or coworkers and get ready to paint. I’ll handle the setup and cleanup—you just enjoy the experience.

What's Included?

I PROVIDE: 

  • 1–2 hours of guided painting
  • Music + fun, easy instruction
  • Easels, canvases, acrylic paints, and brushes
  • Disposable aprons
  • Water cups + paper towels
  • Table coverings

Not included:

  • Tables or chairs
  • Food or drinks
  • Lighting or photography

Party Pricing

  • 12–60 painters (12 person minimum)

Adult Parties

  • $35 per person
  • Includes 2 hours of painting
  • 12x16" Canvas

Kids Parties

  • $28 per person
  • Includes 1 hour of painting
  • 11x14" Canvas

Booking Your Date

Your party date is officially reserved once your deposit is paid.

  • $100 non-refundable deposit (applied toward your total)
  • Remaining balance due 7 days before your event
  • Accepted payments: Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle

Travel Area

I’m based in Cincinnati, Ohio and travel throughout the Greater Cincinnati area, including Northern Kentucky.

This includes popular neighborhoods like OTR, Norwood, East Walnut Hills, Hyde Park, Oakley, Loveland, Covington, Newport, and surrounding areas.

The first 20 miles are included. Travel beyond that may include a small fee depending on distance.

Add-Ons & Extras

  • Travel fee: $0–60 depending on location (first 20 miles free)
  • Custom painting design: $75
  • Extra time: $25 per additional half hour
  • Last-minute booking (within 48 hours): $75
  • Rescheduling fee: $100

I understand plans can change. Your deposit is non-refundable and helps secure your date and time.
